Keep the log. Keep the routine.

Kestrow is a no-nonsense daily log for men who train, work long weeks and want their habits written down in one place: sessions, sleep, meals, water, and a quick stress and energy check-in. You set every number. The app keeps the record.

What's in the log

One plan, all of it included. No tiers, no add-ons, nothing to unlock later.

Training log

Strength, cardio, mobility, a walk or a pickup game. Log the type, the minutes and a note like “leg day” or “easy three miles”. Kestrow records it; it does not program your training.

Sleep check-in

Hours slept and your own one-to-five rating of the night, entered each morning. It is a diary entry, not a sleep measurement, and the app never labels a night as good or bad.

Meals and water

One line per meal and a tap per glass. No calorie counting, no macros, no food scores — just a record of what you ate and drank, if you want one.

Stress and energy check-in

Two quick self-ratings a day with room for a note, so you can look back at your own week. It is not a mental-health assessment and it draws no conclusions.

Reminders

Gym bag, meal prep, lights out, the appointment you keep pushing back. Add it, tick it off, delete it.

Your data, exportable

Everything you log can be exported to a .json file from Settings, and deleted from the same screen.

How it works

Three steps. None of them involve a plan being handed to you.

1

Set your own targets

Pick the habits you care about — training three times a week, lights out by eleven, a walk at lunch, water at your desk. You type in the numbers. Kestrow does not assign workouts, diets or body goals.

2

Log it in seconds

A session goes in as type, minutes and a short note. Sleep is hours plus your own one-to-five rating. Meals are one line of text. Nothing is scored, graded or turned red.

3

Read your week

The Progress tab lays out what you logged: training minutes, sleep hours you entered, days with an entry. What you do with that is your call, not the app's.

What it does — and doesn't

Plenty of apps in this space promise more than software can deliver. Here is exactly what ours does and doesn't do, before you pay anything.

What Kestrow does

  • Gives you one place to log training, sleep, meals, water, stress and energy
  • Lets you set every goal and every number yourself
  • Holds the reminders you add and the habits you chose
  • Keeps a plain weekly record of what you logged
  • Lets you export or delete all of it whenever you like

What Kestrow does not do

  • Does not diagnose any condition, and is not medical care or therapy
  • Does not write training programs, meal plans or diets for you
  • Does not promise any change in your body, health, fitness, sleep or mood
  • Does not sell or recommend any physical product, and takes no commission on one
  • Uses no testimonials, no transformation photos and no claims of clinical backing

Not medical advice — talk to your doctor

This app is a general wellness and habit-tracking tool for adults. It is not medical advice and not a medical device, it is not intended to diagnose or prevent any disease or condition, and it does not replace care from a doctor or another qualified professional. Nothing in it is a training program, a diet, or mental-health care. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise routine or changing how you eat or sleep — especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, or notice symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, or persistent low mood. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Who it's for

Kestrow is built for men who want their routine written down — the sessions, the sleep, the meals, the water — without an app telling them what it all means. It is a general wellness and habit-tracking tool, not a coach, not a clinic and not a program.

It is for adults aged 18 and over. If a doctor or other professional is already guiding your training, diet, sleep or mental health, their advice comes first — Kestrow does not replace it.

  • Men who train and want a simple log instead of a spreadsheet
  • Guys with long work weeks who want sleep, food and training in one place
  • Anyone who prefers setting his own goals over following an assigned program
  • Men who like seeing their numbers but don't want an app grading them
  • Anyone who wants a stated price, no upsells and no big promises
Look before you pay

The full app opens the moment you sign up

No card, no waiting list, no questionnaire about your body. Create an account and you land in the dashboard: log a session, enter last night's sleep, add a meal, tap in water, check in on stress and energy, and add a reminder. Don't like it? Delete the account from Settings.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about the product, the price and its limits.

What is Kestrow, exactly?

A subscription web app for logging everyday habits: training sessions (type, minutes, note), a morning sleep check-in (hours and your own rating), meals, glasses of water, a stress and energy self-rating, the habits you picked, reminders, and a weekly record of all of it. That is the whole product.

Is this medical or health advice?

No. Kestrow is a general wellness and habit-tracking tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose any condition, and it gives no medical, nutritional, training-program or mental-health advice. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise routine or changing your diet, and about any symptom that worries you.

Will it change my fitness, sleep or energy?

We don't promise that, and we'd be wary of any app that did. Kestrow gives you a record and reminders. What you do with them — and what comes of it — depends on you and on plenty of things an app can't see. Individual experiences vary.

Does it tell me how to train or what to eat?

No. You decide what to log and what your goals are. Kestrow has no workout plans, no meal plans, no calorie targets and no body goals, and it never calls one of your numbers good or bad.

What does it cost?

$12.99 a month, or $79.99 a year (about $6.67 a month). Both include every feature; there is no higher tier and nothing sold inside the app. Prices are in U.S. dollars, and any tax is shown at checkout before you confirm.

How do the trial and cancelling work?

New accounts get 7 days free and no card is asked for, so the trial can't turn into a charge by itself. Paid access starts only if you choose a plan at checkout and confirm it. Cancel from Plans & billing or by emailing us; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. See the Billing, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Email us within 30 days of a charge and we refund it in full, no questions asked. Details are in the Billing, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Can I look inside before paying?

Yes. Creating an account takes about thirty seconds, needs no card and no health information, and opens the full app right away. Look around, log a few days, then decide.

Where is my data stored?

On this version of the app, your account and everything you log are stored in your own browser, on your device — not on our servers. That means we can't see it, it doesn't sync between devices, and clearing your browser data erases it. You can export it to a file or delete it from Settings at any time. More in the Privacy Policy.

Who is Kestrow for, and who is it not for?

Adult men, 18 and over, who want a simple log of their routine. If you have a heart condition, an injury, a diagnosed sleep or eating disorder, or you are dealing with persistent low mood or stress that feels like too much, please work with a doctor or another qualified professional — a habit log is not the right tool for that.

Who makes Kestrow?

Kestrow is an independent software product operated by us. We are not a clinic or a gym, we have no medical or institutional affiliation, and nobody here gives health advice. Questions about how we operate are welcome on the contact page.
